Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Manager/Senior Manager/AVP – Buyer Acquisition. The individual will oversee the strategy and execution of buyer acquisition initiatives, build strong relationships with clients, and drive the onboarding of new buyers onto KredX's platforms. Responsibilities include identifying potential buyer opportunities, negotiating contracts, leading client engagements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Buyer Acquisition, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Understanding of financial solutions, supply chain management, or B2B SaaS platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, business development, or financial services
