Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Sales - Break-Bulk & Project Cargo
Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Role
Experience Required: 5+ years of Breakbulk / Project Forwarding sales experience

FreightMango is seeking an experienced professional for the Breakbulk & Project Cargo division. The role involves closing freight deals for OOG (Out-of-Gauge), steel, heavy machinery, and industrial project cargo.
The candidate will play a key role in acquiring new clients and coordinating with operations to ensure seamless execution of the logistics project.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and secure new business for breakbulk, out-of-gauge (OOG), and heavy-lift shipments.
· Maintain strong client relationships through regular commercial meetings, site visits, and contract negotiations.
· Responsible for handling EXIM shipments for GP-HC Containers / Projects & Heavy Cargo.
· Experienced in dealing with RFQ for open-top and flat rack - special equipment with Breakbulk Cargo.
· Handling of ODC & OOG Project Shipment across different geographies
Skills /Experiences Required:
· Minimum of 5+ years of Breakbulk / Project Forwarding sales experience.
· Existing network of industrial clients, specifically from the North region
· Deep knowledge of vessel gear (SWL), stowage plans, and port crane capacities.
· Ability to calculate complex freight costing (demurrage, lifting, storage).
· Willing to travel 40% (client sites & vessel load ports).
· Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma in sales& marketing, logistics & supply chain, international trade or a related field (graduation is a must)
