Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth for LHP/MHP/HHP Diesel Gensets within the designated region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base. Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet regional sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to drive business development.
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate product feasibility and recommend appropriate genset solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and interpret customer requirements, ensuring optimal product solutions.
- Create detailed technical and commercial proposals as per the clients' needs.
- Lead negotiations and finalize sales by agreeing on terms and conditions that satisfy both parties.
- Prepare and issue work orders to all relevant team members to initiate project execution.
- Keep clients informed on new product developments and relevant updates.
- Manage payment collection and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Oversee pre- and post-exhibition activities, ensuring successful representation and lead generation.
- Work closely with clients and the accounts team to handle all commercial activities and ensure smooth transactions.
- Regularly report sales progress and market trends to senior management.
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Candidates with experience of selling DG sets of high horse power will be the ideal fit.
- Candidates having experience of minimum 8- 10 years in sales of DG Sets/ electrical equipment/ mechanical equipment/capital equipment will also be preferred
- Preference will be to candidates having contacts with dealers / consultants / architects / HVAC consultants / real estate companies / industries / freelancers etc.
Educational Qualification :
- Candidates must have Degree OR Diploma in Science / Engineering Field
- Candidate with MBA – Marketing from reputed institute will be preferred.
