About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic professional to support the growth and commercialization of advanced Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) platforms across India and emerging markets.
The role will primarily focus on strategic marketing, brand positioning, institutional engagement, and therapy adoption for advanced oncology and immunotherapy platforms, with secondary exposure to market access and healthcare partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:
· Lead marketing initiatives for CAR-T, oncology, and advanced immunotherapy products
· Build scientific-commercial narratives around:
· Precision Oncology
· Personalized Medicine
· Cell & Gene Therapy
· Immuno-Oncology Platforms
· Drive KOL engagement, advisory boards, and scientific forums
· Develop impactful marketing and scientific communication materials
· Support product launches across leading oncology centres
· Analyse market trends, competition, and therapy adoption dynamics
Market Access & Institutional Engagement:
· Support institutional access and reimbursement initiatives
· Engage with government institutions, hospital networks, payers, and procurement stakeholders
· Contribute to formulary inclusion and patient access programs
· Support development of HEOR narratives, value dossiers, and access frameworks
Stakeholder Management:
· Build relationships with partners, academic institutions, medical societies, and ecosystem partners
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, and Business Development teams
· Represent the organization at scientific and healthcare forums
Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA preferred
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biology, or related disciplines
Experience
· 15+ years in Strategic Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, or Institutional Business
· Prior experience in Oncology, Immunology, Biologics, or Specialty Pharmaceuticals preferred
· Strong experience engaging with institutional and healthcare stakeholders
