Competencies required:
• Experience in handling OEM Technical Sales in Automotive or Industrial segment (preferable International Sales). Exhibits Key Account Management for important customer accounts. • Business & Market Development - Europe • Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years is mandatory • In depth knowledge of complete end to end Sale processes & International commercial terms • Good communication and negotiation skills. Good Team Player & Team Bonding • Should possess basic technical knowledge in Mechanical for performing Technical Sales e.g: Should understand the processes like Machining, Casting, Forging, Drawing, Extrusion
Responsibilities:
• Handling OEM Sales. Responsible for Revenue, Profit & Customer service • New Business Development: Identify new leads in line with the company's core competencies & product profile (Europe Market) • Budgeting & Forecasting Monthly Sales/Order Booking. Deriving action plan to achieve it. • Key account management for key accounts along with CFT members. Demonstrate role model • Adaptable & flexible to working environment. Ready to travel overseas and meet customers
