Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daskroi for a Manager / Senior Manager – Import Export. The individual will oversee and execute all import-export operations, manage international trade activities, and ensure robust compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include handling export documentation, managing communication with international stakeholders, and overseeing the end-to-end process of goods logistics and customs. Additionally, the role involves continuous coordination with internal teams and external trade partners to facilitate seamless operations and resolve any challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Import-Export and International Trade practices
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and related processes
- Excellent Communication skills, including clarity in written and verbal correspondence
- Proven ability to manage logistics and trade compliance efficiently
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and global trading standards
- knowledge of SIMS, NFMIMS, REEIMS, IGCR and MOOWR must
- Hands on experience on RFQ filing, Rates Negotiations and communication with FF for timely import bookings
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools is advantageous, Excel and Gogle sheets
