Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager/Sr. Manager - HR Compliance & Administration, located in Gurgaon. The role involves overseeing regulatory HR compliance with labor and employment laws, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to manage audits, mitigate risks, and maintain legal and ethical compliance while nurturing a professional workplace environment.
Job Description:
Statutory Compliance: Experience in Handling HR compliance of PF,ESIC, PT, LWF, Labor Licenses, Minimum Wages, POSH etc. Handled notices directly as well as with help of consultants.
New Labor code: Through knowledge of New Labor codes ,Work on Salary & Compensation components design etc.
Administration: Experience in handling Facility * Security, Housekeeping & Vehicles etc.
Expat Management: Working knowledge of VISA/FRRO process, Grievance Handling, Travel & Stay management.
Employee Lifecycle for FTC & Contractual employees: Recruitment, Payroll, transfers, final settlement, disciplinary actions, PF transfers and withdrawal etc.
Educations: Full time Bachelor/Post Graduation etc.
Skills:
Should have working knowledge of New labor code(Must)
Should have handled the expatriate employees etc.
Should have Administration experience.
Good Communication Skills
Salary Range: Rs. 10 LPA to 17 LPA
