We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Leader to join our team and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader with a strong background in recruitment consulting and recruitment-related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals with potential clients. The candidate should have a deep understanding of skill mapping, competency mapping, and the complete recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for MyAnatomy's Talent Intelligence Platform.
2. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry CXOs and decision-makers.
4. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using MyAnatomy's platform.
5. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
6. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
1. 5-10 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related services.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of skill mapping, competency mapping, and recruitment life cycle.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong network and connections with industry CXOs.
7. Willingness to travel across India and relocate if required.
8. Positive and never give up attitude.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in AI-powered recruitment solutions or similar technology platforms.
2. Familiarity with Indian job market trends and recruitment landscape.
