Manager / Sr. Manager – Training, Placement & Career Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of strategic frameworks for student training, internships, and placement initiatives.
- Build and strengthen industry connections to enhance student employability and internship opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage placement activities, including campus recruitment drives and employer engagement.
- Assist in analyzing placement data and recruitment trends to improve placement outcomes.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align training programs with current industry requirements.
- Plan and execute employability enhancement programs, including aptitude training, communication skills, and interview preparation.
- Facilitate student career guidance and readiness initiatives in coordination with the Career Development Cell.
- Maintain records, reports, and databases related to student placements and industry interactions.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Postgraduate degree in English / Business Management / HR or related field.
- Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in Training & Placements, Career Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with students and industry professionals.
- Basic industry exposure with an understanding of hiring trends and job market requirements.
- Experience in organizing training sessions, placement drives, or student development programs.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage placement-related activities efficiently.
