Summary: The Manager / Sr. Manager ? Business Development role at ClayWorks Spaces is pivotal in driving sustainable growth through strategic leasing, transaction management, and market expansion. This position focuses on building and nurturing high-impact relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and investors to identify, negotiate, and close commercial office space deals. As a key driver of revenue generation, the incumbent will lead business development initiatives across local, regional, and national markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term portfolio growth. The role demands a proactive, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, strong negotiation capabilities, and a commitment to innovation and sustainability in workspace solutions. Responsibilities: Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, builders, and investors across local, regional, national, and international markets. Serve as a landlord/seller agent by negotiating favorable business terms and conditions for commercial office space transactions. Maintain consistent engagement with tenant and landlord representatives to uncover new leasing opportunities and assess lease-up potential. Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including deal structuring, proposal development, and closing, while ensuring compliance with internal and market standards. Generate new revenue by driving demand-led opportunities, securing back-to-back deals, and expanding into new market segments. Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships and sustained business growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales pipelines, revenue, invoices, and deal progress using CRM and financial tracking tools. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on market trends, leasing strategies, and portfolio development. Support team goal-setting and performance tracking to ensure consistent revenue growth and operational excellence. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor?s or Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5?9 years of proven B2B business development and sales experience in commercial real estate or related industries. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals, managing complex transactions, and exceeding sales targets. Strong network within local real estate markets, developer communities, and investment circles. Advanced skills in financial modeling, market analysis, and negotiation. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. High integrity, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
