Position Summary
This role supports Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Employment may be through a local employing entity or employer-of-record partner, depending on the hiring location.
The Regional Manager (RM) is a critical leadership and relationship role within Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), serving as the primary staff partner to a portfolio of chapters and regional volunteer leaders. Acting as the connective tissue between chapters, regional leadership, and global priorities, the RM ensures chapter health, leadership effectiveness, and alignment to EO standards while enabling sustainable growth and long-term impact.
Through trusted relationships, sound judgment, and strong operational execution, the Regional Manager supports chapters through key moments—strategic planning, leadership transitions, growth initiatives, and challenges—while elevating insights from the field to inform regional and global decision-making. This role is essential to maintaining consistency, quality, and momentum across EO’s regions worldwide.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Chapter Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of 10–12 chapters as the primary staff relationship owner.
- Serve as the main liaison to Area Directors (ADs), Chapter Staff, and Chapter Presidents.
- Organize and attend at least one monthly touchpoint with ADs, Chapter Staff, and Presidents.
- Address operational and member-related issues and escalate risks or concerns as appropriate.
Chapter Health, Growth & Standards
- Support healthy, sustainable chapters by reinforcing EO standards and identifying risks, including at-risk chapters, launches, closures, and critical incidents.
- Encourage growth and retention strategies by acting as the primary liaison to Growth & Member Engagement Directors, Experts, and Chapter Chairs.
- Collaborate with the Growth Portfolio on growth forecasting, incentives, and dashboards.
- Serve as the liaison between chapters and the EO Renewal Team, supporting payment processes, troubleshooting, and quarterly follow-ups.
Strategic Planning & Summits
- Act as regional product ambassador with deep product knowledge
- Support chapter strategic planning and ensure alignment with regional and global priorities.
- Promote, support, and attend Strategy Summits (Annual, Mid-Year, and Long-Term Planning) within assigned chapters.
- Collaborate with facilitators to support clear summit outcomes.
- Assist in ensuring summit attendees have completed required Chapter Officer Training.
Regional and Global Programming Support
- Act as Project Manager for key regional events, including Presidents Meetings, Chapter Staff Events, Leadership Summits & Other Regional Events
- Support additional leadership events such as Global Leadership Conference (GLC), Regional Leadership Academies (RLA), and alignment meetings.
- Encourage cross-chapter and cross-regional engagement and represent the region at key events.
Leadership Pipeline & Stakeholder Management
- Consult with and support the Regional Director in building a strong leadership pipeline and engagement strategy.
- Support Path of Leadership (POL) processes by: Promoting and communicating leadership opportunities, Driving awareness and submissions, Supporting interview coordination as needed
- Attend and engage in Multi- Functional Director (MFD) and Expert interviews for roles supported by the RM.
- Maintain strong collaboration with key stakeholders involved in interview and ratification processes.
Regional Council & Director Support
- Serve as staff liaison to Area Directors, Growth & Member Engagement Directors, and Experts.
- Support Directors in preparation for Regional Council meetings.
- Contribute regional insight and expertise to long-term (3-year) regional strategic planning.
Data, Insights & Feedback
- Capture, analyze, and generate data-driven insights using EO systems and tools to support regional programming and decision-making.
- Track chapter status, leadership transitions, and health and growth indicators for forecasting purposes.
- Maintain dashboards related to funding and incentive programs.
- Work collaboratively across regions and portfolios to support chapters and share best practices.
Qualifications, Skills, And Knowledge Required
Core Competencies
- Ability to manage and support a chapter portfolio as the primary staff relationship owner.

- Sound judgment in identifying risks and escalating appropriately.
- Ability to reinforce standards while maintaining trusted advisory relationships.

- Proven experience serving as project manager for regional events.
- Ability to capture, analyze, and interpret data using systems and tools.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product engagement, program management, product marketing, member engagement, or a related role.
- Experience working in a membership-based, nonprofit, association, or global organization strongly preferred.
- Experience working across multiple regions, cultures, or languages is an asset. Fluency in English is required, other language requirements may vary by region.
- Comfort with regional and global travel (35%), including periods of higher seasonal travel demands.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements / Role Conditions
- This role is primarily sedentary/light work and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and video-conference platforms.
- The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- The role requires travel up to 35%
- The role requires early morning/evening meetings across time zones when applicable
- The role requires lifting/moving up to 5 kgs, as applicable.
