Hiring | Manager – Sourcing (Resin)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including general purchasing, supplier relationship management, and resourcing initiatives.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, evaluate quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalize sourcing agreements to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, proactively addressing and resolving supply-related issues.
- Identify gaps within the existing supply base and recommend strategic actions to support future business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with project timelines.
- Monitor market-driven price fluctuations, obtain necessary approvals, and implement cost adjustments effectively.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at total cost optimization and supply risk mitigation.
- Strengthen expertise through continuous market research, supplier engagement, and industry trend analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in raw material procurement, specifically in resins
- Strong understanding of international trade rules and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
