- The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organization’s computing environment. This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, and integration technologies to data center management.

- Oversee IT Operations: Manage the IT department's daily operations, ensuring systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and managing performance.
- Project Management: Develop, implement, and manage IT projects that align with company goals.
- System Maintenance: Plan and execute system upgrades, maintenance tasks, and disaster recovery plans.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- Security and Compliance: Develop strategies and procedures for securing IT infrastructure and ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce regular reports on the infrastructure status.
ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 9+ years combined experience leading IT teams and experience in support and delivery of physical and virtual infrastructure systems and delivery of mission critical platforms
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- Airline Industry leadership experience.
