The Zscaler SME will be responsible for end‑to‑end operational support, optimization, and lifecycle management of Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX platforms. This role ensures secure, reliable, and high‑performance access for users globally. The specialist will lead incident management, platform governance, policy engineering, service improvements, and act as a technical escalation point for cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on experience in deploying and managing:
- Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
- Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN, GRE/IPSec tunnels, BGP.
- Experience with IdP/SAML/SSO integrations (Azure AD, Okta, Ping).
- Familiarity with endpoint clients: Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks.
- Experience in large enterprise environments (40,000+ users preferred).
