Position: Service Lead
Location: Gurgaon
Function: Service
Qualification
BE / B.Tech / Instrumentation / Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical from reputed institutes.
Experience
- Years of Exp: 8 to 14 years in IBMS service portfolio with people handling a minimum of 5 years. Incumbent should have experience in serving BMS, Security, and Safety Systems. Should possess experience with latest and the legacy products. Should be familiar with CRM Systems.
- Should possess ERP knowledge and user experience.
- Service sales experience should be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Required to lead a team of service engineers, within the region.
- Responsible for creating monthly revenue, billing, and collection plans and is responsible for delivering the same.
- Required to manage the monthly maintenance plan and timely execution of the same.
- Resource mapping and utilization to manage the resource absorption to the level of the planned number month on month.
- Required to manage the customer escalations promptly.
- Periodic meetings with customers are essential to retain all the customers and improve the customer satisfaction index. Internal review meetings and flashing the Dashboard periodically are required.
- All the training requirements and the upskilling of engineers are the responsibility.
- Retaining customer contracts and growing the portfolio is the responsibility of this role.
- Managing the services, service levels, and key performance indicators delivery for the Service function of the respective region.
- Selling Spares and do & Charge orders to various customers
Specific Skills Required
- Thorough Technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, Access Control and CCTV Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- People Management Skills, Risk identification, and mitigation skills, Project management techniques
- CRM and ERP knowledge
- Strong communication skills and fluency
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel.
- Understanding of sales process and sales skills
