Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager / Senior Manager - Warehouse, based in Haryana, India. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory and stock control, and managing day-to-day logistics within the facility. Responsibilities include optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising team members, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role requires effective communication and leadership to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control processes
- Experience in Operations Management and optimizing warehouse workflows
- Knowledge of Forklift Operation and handling material safely
- Strong skills in Inventory Management and maintaining accurate records
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
