Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
• MBA / PGD in Human Resources
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Pharma Sales Hiring.
• Skilled in market mapping, sourcing strategies, offer negotiation and closure
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Define hiring plan based on business goals
• Create Job Description for each role based on discussions with key stakeholders
• Define hiring strategy and sourcing channels (placement consultants, referrals, job portals, linked-in, etc) keeping in mind levers of TAT, cost and quality
• Conduct first level interviews to gauge fitment of candidates
• Schedule interviews of candidates with key stakeholders
• Conduct reference checks, psychometric assessment and salary negotiation for shortlisted candidates
• Manage candidate experience during the entire hiring process
• Maintain database of all CVs received through different channels
• Maintain records of all candidate documents – CV, assessment sheets, reference checks, etc
• Manage the hiring dashboard and MIS
