Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager – Sales

We are looking for a high-performing Manager/Senior Manager – Sales to lead strategic sales operations and drive revenue growth across residential and/or commercial real estate verticals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving large-scale sales performance through teams and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end sales function across assigned projects and geographies.
• Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive revenue generation through direct sales, channel partners, and institutional investors.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers, executives, and business development professionals.
• Set and monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities and buyer segments.
• Build strategic relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate clients, IPCs, and brokers.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams for smooth customer experience and deal closures.
