Role Overview
To drive revenue retention, ACV enhancement, cross-category growth, and institutional engagement across schools, higher education institutes, and corporates.
To lead strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive parent and learner awareness, support institutional engagement, and contribute to revenue growth through retention and cross-category adoption.
This is a senior marketing role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution ownership
Key Responsibilities: -
Revenue Retention & Expansion
- Drive ACV growth through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Partner with sales teams to Increase multi-product penetration within existing accounts
- Identify churn risks and implement proactive engagement plans
- Drive cross-category awareness and bundled positioning of products
- Strengthen expansion revenue contribution year-on-year
- Enhance market share in B2B2C domain.
Institutional Marketing & B2B Engagement
- Develop and execute institutional marketing strategies to strengthen relationships across schools and higher education segments
- Create segmentation-driven growth plans for priority and strategic accounts
- Lead engagement with high-value institutional stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships
- Define and drive clear brand positioning across institutional segments, ensuring differentiated value propositions
- Develop integrated communication frameworks aligned to target audiences, market maturity, and GTM strategy
- Enhance brand visibility and thought leadership presence across institutional networks
Brand Strategy & Reputation Management
- Safeguard and strengthen brand positioning across schools, institutes, parents, and learners
- Ensure strict adherence to global and regional brand guidelines
- Plan and Oversee consistency of all marketing collaterals and communication both offline and online.
- Manage reputation risks and ensure responsible brand representation in market-facing initiatives
Parent & Learner & School/ Institute Awareness Campaigns
- Conceptualise and execute awareness campaigns targeted at parents and learners
- Improve brand recall and consideration through digital, on-ground, and partner-led initiatives
- Drive measurable engagement (registrations, enquiries, event participation)
- Align campaigns with key academic cycles and admissions windows
Webinars, Workshops & Engagement Programs
- Lead end-to-end management of webinars and institutional workshops (concept to post-event conversion tracking)
- Ensure structured pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
- Improve pipeline contribution from engagement initiatives
- Community building for Institutes, schools and learners
Marketing Enablement & Internal Alignment
- Train and enable field teams on brand messaging and campaign positioning
- Improve utilisation of marketing collateral and content assets
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Product
Required Skills & Experience
- Master's in marketing or business management required;
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with strong exposure to integrated digital and offline campaigns, B2B marketing, and product marketing
- Demonstrated success in driving high-impact institutional (B2B) and B2B2C campaigns
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into strategic marketing decisions
- Proven track record of delivering measurable brand and revenue outcomes
- Experience in education, assessment, or English learning products preferred
- Strong expertise in brand positioning, communication strategy, and market segmentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for institutional leaders, parents, learners, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, and other business functions
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and comfort operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
