Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager/Senior Manager specializing in Event Sponsorship & Stall Sales. The role involves managing end-to-end sponsorship processes, identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential sponsors, and delivering revenue targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute event sponsorships and stalls, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years in event sponsorship and exhibition/stall sales, ideally in media, publishing, events, or BFSI.
- An existing network of brand, agency, and BFSI contacts you can activate from day one.
- A track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build customized packages for senior decision-makers
- Confident communicator who can hold a room with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a higher degree or certifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the media, publishing, or events industry will be beneficial.
