Role Context & Objective
The primary responsibility of this role will be corporate outreach for student job placements. The incumbent will actively engage with organizations to identify, present, and secure placement opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to corporates and onboard organizations for student placements and internships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business leaders across industries.
- Identify hiring requirements and map suitable student profiles to organizational needs.
- Pitch student profiles, academic programs, and the institute’s placement value proposition to prospective recruiters.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, pre-placement talks, and hiring processes with corporates.
- Ensure smooth execution of placement activities and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a database of recruiters, industry contacts, and placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance student employability and placement outcomes.
- Support branding and outreach initiatives to strengthen corporate engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in placements, corporate relations, business development, or talent acquisition will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate relationships simultaneously.
Qualification & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Management or related discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or business development.
