Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
Prepare, manage, and monitor the company�s budget; track variances and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and improve financial performance.
Partner with corporate functions to manage SG&A expenses and drive cost efficiency
Must-Have Skills
CA qualification (mandatory)
Experience in
BPM / BPO / ITES industry (mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in
FP&A (Forecasting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis)
Solid understanding of
revenue management and margin analysis
Advanced
Excel skills (financial models, scenarios, sensitivity analysis)
