About the Role
We are looking for a solution-oriented enterprise sales professional who can engage with US healthcare organizations, understand their operational challenges, and position our service and automation solutions to improve efficiency and revenue outcomes.
This role is not focused on traditional cold calling or appointment setting. The ideal candidate will work with qualified opportunities generated through digital marketing initiatives, conduct discovery discussions, identify client pain points, and drive the opportunity toward solution presentation and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Problem Identification
- Engage with healthcare organizations to understand operational challenges and workflow inefficiencies.
- Conduct discovery discussions with stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
Solution Positioning
- Translate client challenges into potential solution approaches using our services and automation capabilities.
- Work closely with internal operations and automation teams to design tailored solutions.
Consultative Sales Approach
- Position the organization as a strategic solution partner rather than a traditional vendor.
- Demonstrate how services and automation tools can reduce operational burden and improve efficiency.
End-to-End Deal Ownership
- Manage the entire sales cycle including:
- discovery discussions
- solution discussions
- proposal development
- negotiation
- contract closure.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and operational leaders.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and automation teams to align client needs with solution delivery.
Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting sales, or solution-based business development B2B US Market.
- Experience selling services, consulting solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions, Healthcare IT.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to identify client pain points and position solutions.
- Experience handling enterprise or mid-market clients in US Market.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Digital prospecting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
