To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales & Revenue · Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. · Set clear team goals. · Delegate tasks and set deadlines. · Oversee day-to-day operation. · Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment · Monitor team performance and report on metrics. · Motivate team members. · Discover training needs and provide coaching. · Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. · Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance. · Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition. · Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions. · Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.  Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.  Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.  Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.  Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
