We are looking for dynamic HR professionals to join our growing team in Mumbai.
What we're looking for:
✦ HR Manager / Senior Manager with solid experience in HR Business Partnering and driving end-to-end HR Projects & Initiatives.
✦ Process ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told. You take charge, build frameworks, and see them through.
✦ Hands-on experience in SOP preparation, policy documentation, and ensuring HR practices are structured, scalable, and compliant.
✦ A true team player who knows when to lead and when to collaborate — someone who elevates the people around them.
✦ Willingness to go the extra mile — not because it's asked, but because it's in your nature.
✦ Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organisation.
✦ Data-driven approach to HR — leveraging metrics and analytics to inform decisions, track outcomes, and demonstrate HR impact.
✦ Experience in driving change management initiatives, including capability building, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
✦ Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining structure and rigour.
✦ Exposure to HR technology & HRMS tools — the ability to streamline and digitise HR workflows is a big plus.

Added advantage:
⭐ Prior experience working in a Manufacturing or Industrial setup. Understanding the complexities of a manufacturing/industrial environment will put you ahead of the curve.

→ Partnering with business leaders as a trusted HR advisor
→ Leading and executing HR projects & strategic initiatives
→ Owning end-to-end HR processes — from design to delivery
→ Preparing and maintaining SOPs, policies, and governance documentation
→ Driving employee engagement, performance, and culture-building programmes
→ Supporting leadership in workforce planning, succession, and talent reviews
→ Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
