Job Description :
- Lead and manage end-to-end US Tax operations across all processes ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Ensure high-quality work while following all US tax rules and maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive team performance, ensure client satisfaction, and support overall business growth.
- Ensure all work follows US tax laws, regulations, and deadlines while minimizing errors.
- Create and improve SOPs and workflows while maintaining strong quality control processes.
- Lead and manage a large team of tax professionals while guiding and supporting them.
- Handle performance reviews, feedback, and training to improve team skills.
- Work closely with HR for hiring, onboarding, and retention planning.
- Handle team issues, escalations, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for US clients and manage communication.
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transition into operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor billable hours, utilization, and productivity to meet targets.
- Manage resources effectively and control costs to improve efficiency.
- Track KPIs, MIS reports, and overall operational performance.
- Drive process improvements and basic automation for better efficiency.
- Support business growth and new client acquisition.
- Ensure readiness for higher workload and new service lines.
