Location: Lucknow
Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Regional Sales Head – Delhi -- Sales & Business Development
Responsibilities:
1. Support the company’s distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors.
2. Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment
3. Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation.
4. Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team.
5. Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor’s visits, concalls, etc.
6. Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.
8. Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements.
9. To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities.
10. Constant updation on new products & best practices
Qualification: MBA
Experience (Specific to any organization)
· The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region.
· Has managed key distributor relationships with MNC banks like SCB, Citi, Kotak wealth etc.
· Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of AIF & PMS and equity markets
· Thorough Knowledge on equity markets
· Willing to work in an Individual contributor role

Experience Band: At least 8-10 Years of Relevant experience in PMS organization.
