We are India’s first company to design, develop, and commercialize fully indigenous solar inverters and EV
DC fast chargers, with 100% Indian hardware, firmware, and software. Our BIS- and ICAT-certified products
power 2,000+ installations and are price-competitive with Chinese imports.
Led by founders from IIM Bangalore and IIT Bombay (PhD), and backed by investors who have built and
exited companies like Aspiring Minds and Delhivery, we combine deep tech with proven execution. We are
targeting ₹150 Cr revenue in FY26–27 and preparing for exports to the US and EU as a democratic
alternative to Chinese power electronics.
About the role
We are looking for a result-driven operator to lead end-to-end manufacturing- fabrication, PCB Assembly,
Testing, Inventory and logistics. The role will drive production excellence, cost optimization, inventory
control, and field reliability while working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
• Own production across fabrication, SMT, THT PCB Assembly, testing, and dispatch to deliver
predictable output at scale.
• Define and scale manufacturing capacity through structured planning, lean principles, and continuous
productivity improvement.
• Lead new product introductions and industrialization with strong DFM/DFA, ensuring smooth
transition from prototype to high-volume production.
• Drive inventory accuracy, ERP discipline, FIFO, and compliant, efficient dispatch and logistics
operations.
• Own product quality, field reliability, cost reduction, and compliance through data-driven
improvement and closed-loop RCA/CAPA.
What We're Looking For
• 6-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing focused on scale ups/ NPI.
• B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical. MBA preferred.
• Exposure to EMS + mechanical fabrication + stores/logistics
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments —
ready to build the playbook, not just follow one.
