Kayhan Entertainment is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in financial management and accounting operations to join our team as Manager / Senior Manager – Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership with financial insights.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)
Industry: Media / Entertainment
Key Responsibilities :
• Financial Oversight: Manage accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, and Tax Compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage organizational cash flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – Mandatory
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
- Experience in Media / Entertainment industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
