Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Finance
Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 Years
About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic finance professional with strong expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, financial modeling, and capital markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in debt & equity transactions, bond markets, investment evaluation, and restructuring assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and investment analysis
- Debt & equity fundraising transactions
- Independent debt raising for manufacturing and infrastructure projects
- Real estate equity placements and structured finance transactions
- IPO fundraising, public issues, and private placements
- Bond trading, bond valuation, fixed income analysis, and investment evaluation
- Capital structuring and restructuring advisory
- Preparation of IMs, financial models, pitch decks, and investor presentations
- Coordination with banks, NBFCs, investors, merchant bankers, and legal advisors
- Analysis of loan documentation, covenants, and compliance requirements
- ARC / NCLT related restructuring and stressed asset analysis
- Financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Support in M&A, due diligence, and strategic finance initiatives
- Regulatory and compliance coordination including SEBI-related matters
Requirements
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Merchant Banking
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation
- Hands-on experience in debt and equity fundraising
- Strong knowledge of bond markets, bond trading, fixed income products, bond valuation, and investment evaluation
- Understanding of ARC, NCLT, and restructuring processes
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
Preferred Background
- Experience in merchant banking or investment banking
- Exposure to manufacturing, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
- Experience in structured finance and capital market transactions
