Role Description
The Manager / Senior Manager – Carbon Pultrusion & Composite Manufacturing will lead the design, production, and optimization of advanced composite manufacturing processes. This full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, requires managing production schedules, monitoring quality assurance protocols, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and driving process improvements. The role also involves overseeing R&D efforts for innovative composite solutions in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Carbon Pultrusion techniques and advanced composite manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, process optimization, and operational efficiency strategies.
- Experience in managing production workflows, teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with R&D methodologies, innovative material development, and customer-specific solution design.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing technologies and software for process tracking and efficiency monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience with composite materials in industries such as defense, renewable energy, telecom, or automotive is a significant advantage.
