About Zopper
Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform.
Role and Responsibilities
● Identify and on-board new partners across sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, consumer durables, and mobility
● Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle—from prospecting to closure and onboarding
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
● Conceptualize and implement embedded insurance solutions tailored to partner ecosystems
● Collaborate with internal product and insurance teams to design relevant offerings
● Stay updated with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners
● Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
● Own revenue targets and drive growth through partner channels
● Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Key Requirements
4–10 years of experience in:
● Business Development / Partnerships / Alliances
● Preferably in fintech, insurtech, banking, or SaaS, OEMs, BFSI space Strong network across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or digital platforms Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
