A Real Estate company is hiring for the profile of Manager/Senior Manager – Billing.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 10-15 years (Experience of working on site required)
About the role
The Billing professional will manage project billing, cost control, and commercial activities to ensure financial discipline, accurate payments, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
Development of cost plans based on norms and historical data
Review and validation of estimates prepared by PMC/consultants
Finalisation of work contracts and commercial terms
Checking and certification of contractor bills
Tracking project spend and cost to completion
Validation of variations and settlement of extra item claims
Liaison with PMC and consultants
Pre-qualification of PRWs and tender negotiations
Quantity take-off and cost estimation
Cost comparison of actual vs budgeted cost
Technical specifications review
Material reconciliation
Qualifications needed
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
10–15 years of relevant experience in billing or contracts
Experience in real estate or construction projects
Skill set required
Billing & contract management
BOQ, rate analysis & quantity surveying
MS Excel, MS Office
AutoCAD, SAP, Farvision
Analytical and coordination skills
