Manager / Senior Manager – AIF, PMS & GIFT City Compliance
We are looking for a dynamic compliance professional with strong expertise in Alternative Investment Funds and GIFT City regulatory framework. The role will also support compliance functions relating to PMS, SEBI PIT regulations and Offshore compliances.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
GIFT City / IFSC Compliance/ SEZ Compliance
- Compliance under International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) regulations and SEZ regulations
- Advisory and operational compliance for IFSC-based fund structures
- Assistance in fund setup, regulatory approvals, and ongoing filings in GIFT IFSC
- Liaising with IFSC/SEZ authorities and intermediaries
- Ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, and cross-border regulatory requirements
AIF Compliance
- Compliance for Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) AIF Regulations
- Handling AIF registrations, schemes launch filings, and ongoing regulatory submissions
- Ensuring compliance with Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
- Coordinating with trustees, custodians, and fund administrators
- Handling SEBI inspections, audits, and regulatory queries
Additional Responsibilities
- Compliance under SEBI PMS Regulations
- Monitoring compliance under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading (PIT) Regulations
- Drafting compliance policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks
- Managing regulatory reporting and board updates
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified CS / CA / LLB / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in AIF and/or GIFT City compliance
- Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations and IFSCA framework
- Experience in handling regulatory inspections and audits
- Based in Gift City office
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple fund structures
⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Fund House / AMC / Wealth Management / Law Firm
- Hands-on experience with AIF Category I/II/III structures
- Exposure to cross-border fund structures under IFSC
- Strong stakeholder management skills
