Essential Responsibilities:
Manages individuals and/or teams in designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items; ensuring all policies and procedures are followed; delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives; overseeing the completion of work assignments; aligning team efforts; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; removing obstacles that impact performance; and guiding performance and developing contingency plans accordingly.
Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promoting adherence to all procedures and policies; developing work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; determining and carrying out processes and methodologies; coordinating and delegating resources to accomplish organizational goals; partnering internally and externally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating issues or risks, as appropriate; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; evaluating recommendations made; and influencing the completion of project tasks by others.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and six (6) years experience in software development or a
- related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum five (5) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
- Minimum two (2) years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Minimum three (3) years experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in developing and utilizing cloud based technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Minimum three (3) years experience working with web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL,etc.)
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role, guiding engineering teams in solution design and delivery.
- 3+ years of experience overseeing common technical solutions deployed across departments or enterprise-wide organizations.
- 3+ years of experience in Accessibility (ADA) compliance using tools such as Lighthouse, Axe Core, or similar frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience building applications with SEO best practices.
- Broad experience across multiple technologies in enterprise-scale applications, including infrastructure components such as Akamai, F5, Apigee, Azure, Adobe tools like AEM, Ignite, GitHub, etc.
- Proven ability to design and deliver highly scalable and secure web applications in complex, multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence product, design, and operations teams across geographies.
