Responsibilities:
- Set up the department working target & plan according to company strategy/goal
- Responsible for customer service (order fulfillment), demand & production plan, procurement, warehouse, customs and transportation
- Set up and continuously improve the working procedure for the above-mentioned functions to improve supplier chain management efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate in formulating & reviewing the production and material plan by involving related parties from various functions to reach consensus agreement, balance between Demand and Supply and ultimately to drive the raw materials purchasing and plan for WIP/Finished Goods manufacturing accordingly and related action plan/improvements for issues identified during the process
- Analyze and forecast the market demand trend on an aggregate level as well as the supply situation and organize in establishing the planning strategy for all the product groups and monitor execution to ensure the consistency and balancing of the production
- Coordinate purchasing, sales/marketing, production, logistics & other related sections based on the consensus and executable demand fulfill plan to ensure high performance of MPS and ultimately the On Time Delivery to the customers and in the meantime control the inventory and improve the inventory turnover rate
- Conduct/monitor all customer service (order fulfillment) activities to ensure timely responses to customer requests. Identify and drive improvement of all those processes in the supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure storeroom operate smoothly with high efficiency and discipline and in the meantime improve and optimize the physical materials flow
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Set up high profession team, guide the work for the people in the department, ensure they get good results by following that guideline
- Manage & monitor logistic suppliers to ensure they are providing good service with low cost and drive for improvements when issue arises
- Ensure the department goal is met and continue improvement through CI
- Training and improving department employee skills
- Be responsible for process KPI."

- Manages an area or multiple teams within a plant or corporate function

- Guides, influences and persuades others internally and/or externally

Requirements And Preferred Skills
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification
- Essential:
- Good verbal & written communication skills both in mandarin & English
- Strong skills in Excel, Access, Cognos/Data W HSE, SAP/Oracle/Soft Brand and/or other ERP system
- Extensive knowledge & hands-on experience on ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Soft Brand or others
- Attentions to details and changes
- High accuracy required for performing all functions
- Desirable:
- Strong data processing & analyzing skills
- Strong oral and written communication, coordination & problem resolving skills at all levels
- Able to cope with situations of diverse scopes & high complexity with frequent variations from the standard.
- Able to quickly respond to changing needs by reallocating and/or managing resources accordingly
Educational Requirement
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree
- Desirable:1. Advanced Degree and/or APICS Certification or preferred equivalent
- Major in business or technical discipline
Experience Required:
- At least 5-7 years’ experience or combination of business experience and education
- Functions in a similar organization/matrix
- Advanced knowledge in Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes
