Global Product Strategy & Portfolio Development
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for ACG’s New Product portfolio across all regions.
- Lead competitive intelligence, market trend analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify growth opportunities and shape the future pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to craft differentiated product positioning and value propositions for diverse markets.
Commercial Performance & Business Growth
- Partner with regional Sales teams to deliver global New Product sales targets and revenue commitments.
- Drive adoption and conversion strategies to accelerate market penetration and ensure sustainable growth.
- Track customer development cycles to facilitate seamless progression from trials to commercial scale-up.
External-Facing Leadership & Customer Engagement
- Represent Product Management in customer meetings, technical workshops, and industry forums.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and scientific partners to reinforce ACG’s thought-leadership positioning.
- Travel (up to 20%) to support customer engagement, gather market intelligence, and present strategic updates
Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence
- Develop global launch frameworks ensuring timely, coordinated rollouts across markets.
- Oversee creation of customer education materials, training content, and scientific resources for Sales and Technical teams.
- Align marketing campaigns and communications with product positioning, regulatory requirements, and commercial goals.
Scientific Data & Innovation Support
- Collaborate with R&D, external labs, and scientific BD teams to generate robust technical data supporting product claims.
- Incorporate scientific insights into marketing strategies and white papers to strengthen credibility.
- Promote ACG’s innovation pipeline through webinars, publications, and thought-leadership initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with product development timelines.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries with technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Experience - 8 to 10 years (For M.Pharm holders)
5-7 years (For Ph.D holders)
Educational qualification: M.Pharm/Ph.D
Skills: Formulation development, expertise in solid dosage, Scientific writing experience
