Global Pathways School (a CBSE-affiliated institution run by the Global Pathways School Trust) is on a purposeful growth journey. We are looking for a seasoned Administrative Manager to lead the non-academic operations of the school and play a key role in building a strong, sustainable institution.
📌 WHAT YOU WILL OWN
→ Day-to-day administration across finance, transport, housekeeping, and liaison functions — with three department heads reporting to you directly.
→ Financial oversight — budgeting, fee collection, expenditure monitoring, and supporting the Board on long-term financial sustainability.
→ Regulatory compliance — CBSE affiliation norms, RTE obligations, statutory filings, licences, and government inspections.
→ Campus and transport operations — safe facilities, well-maintained infrastructure, and reliable student transport.
→ Admissions pipeline — overseeing the admissions support function to drive steady enrolment growth.
→ Government and external liaison — managing relationships with CBSE regional offices, local authorities, and other statutory bodies.
→ HR administration for non-teaching staff — payroll inputs, attendance, compliance, and a high-performance work culture.
→ Board reporting — regular updates on operations, finances, compliance, and risks to the Trustee-in-Charge.
📌 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
→ 10–15 years of experience in administration or institutional operations — experience in a school or educational institution is a strong advantage.
→ Graduate degree required; Post-Graduate qualification in Management, Commerce, or Public Administration preferred.
→ Hands-on experience managing finance, statutory compliance, and multi-team operations.
→ Familiarity with CBSE norms and government liaison processes is a plus.
→ Strong communicator in English and Tamil; proficient in MS Office; school ERP experience is an advantage.
