Role Description
The Manager Sales & Services will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing service delivery for projects in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role includes developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating service support activities. The manager will also work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in creating and executing sales strategies
- Proficiency in client relationship management, with expertise in gathering and understanding client requirements
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Security, Fire, Safety, or Automation solutions is highly desirable
- Project coordination abilities, with skills in collaborating across technical and operational teams
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or service management within the BMS, security, or automation industries is a plus
