Job details:
GatedHomes is a proptech company building a technology-led residential platform focused on gated communities.
We are now building the next layer of our team — our Relationship Management function.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a large sales team and simply chase monthly targets.
You'll be part of building the function from the ground up — hiring the team, defining how they work, creating SOPs, setting up the sales process, measuring performance and figuring out what actually works.
What you'll own:
1. Build and manage the Relationship Management (RM) team
2. Hire, train and coach RMs
3. Build the lead → follow-up → visit → negotiation → closure process
4. Create SOPs and improve them as we learn
5. Set targets and build performance metrics
6. Work closely with our Property Management team to ensure smooth execution
7. Handle important customer and property-owner escalations
Who we're looking for:
Someone with experience managing a sales / inside-sales / telecalling team who understands how to build a lead pipeline and drive closures.
But more importantly, someone who:
1. Enjoys building things from 0→1
2. Is a problem solver, not just a process follower
3. Can create structure where there isn't much structure yet
4. Is comfortable getting into the details and figuring things out
5. Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
6. Wants to be part of a startup where the role can evolve with the company
If you are looking for a predictable corporate role, this probably isn't for you. If you enjoy building, experimenting and figuring things out, we'd love to hear from you.
