This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand the company's logistics and supply chain services.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to generate new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of logistics and supply chain services.
- Set sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics for the regional sales team and monitor progress against these goals.
- Identify and mitigate sales risks, and develop contingency plans to address any issues that may impact sales performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with large customers and partners in the logistics and supply chain industry.
