Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Sales - Mortgages, based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing customer relationships, strategizing and executing business development plans, and achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, handling customer inquiries, building partnerships, and ensuring smooth implementation of sales processes in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Customer Service to manage client relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Planning to strategize sales growth and optimize performance metrics.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
- Experience in the mortgage or housing finance industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
