As a Asst.Manager/Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between our top-tier global clients and our internal teams. You will move beyond traditional sales to act as a consultant and growth partner, ensuring Glydus remains the preferred choice for marine steering solutions worldwide.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Strategy: Drive profitability and execute long-term growth maps for key accounts.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead high-stakes pricing, contract negotiations, and MSAs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee demand forecasting, sales planning, and seamless order execution.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage AI and CRM analytics to sharpen market and customer strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across R&D, Production, and Logistics to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 6 – 16 years in B2B/OEM Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Education: BE (Mechanical/Industrial) + MBA (Marketing).
- Industry: Background in Automobile, Manufacturing, or Technology.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial negotiations and Supply Chain (Incoterms).
- Competencies: Exceptional stakeholder management and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
