Why This Role Matters
As GoKwik scales across high-growth D2C and enterprise eCommerce brands, closing high-value deals requires a strong consultative approach and deep understanding of merchant pain points. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by owning mid-market and enterprise closures, managing high ticket-size opportunities, and building long-term merchant partnerships. You will work closely with product, marketing, and merchant success teams to deliver solutions that directly impact conversion, retention, and profitability.
What You’ll Own
- Own end-to-end sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise merchants, from discovery to closure
- Drive consultative selling by understanding merchant business goals and mapping GoKwik solutions accordingly
- Manage high ticket-size deals with structured negotiations, proposal building, and commercial closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and strategic account planning
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations tailored to key stakeholder personas (Founders, Growth Heads, CXOs)
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Merchant Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account success
- Track and manage sales pipeline in CRM with clear forecasting and reporting discipline
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across GoKwik’s product suite to increase account revenue
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor positioning, and D2C ecosystem developments to strengthen pitch narratives
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven closure ownership
- Strong consultative selling experience with the ability to handle complex sales cycles
- Prior experience closing high ticket-size deals (mid-market / enterprise)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline with CRM experience
