Sales Manager, Insurance
Location: Delhi, Mumbai & Hyderabad
Salary: 10 LAC LPA
- Drive new business growth in life insurance through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and quality service.
- Collect and review clients’ existing life insurance policies for portfolio audits by the Technical Team.
- Identify insurance coverage gaps and collaborate with the Technical Team to design customized life insurance solutions.
- Manage and strengthen client portfolios to ensure comprehensive life insurance coverage.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct client presentations and provide advisory support on life insurance products and solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years of relevant experience in life insurance, sales, or financial services.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
