Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - Sales & Growth. The manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute business growth plans, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include driving revenue, analyzing market trends, mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand market trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Competence in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and internal team coordination
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Proven experience in sales management and driving growth in a competitive market
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with financial and insurance products is an advantage
