Job Description
Identify, onboard, and manage brand anchors, distributors, and retailers to drive adoption of supply chain financing solutions.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve acquisition, disbursement, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying high-potential industries, brands, and markets within the assigned region.
Establish and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Represent the organisation at industry events, trade forums, and networking platforms to enhance market presence.
Monitor portfolio performance in collaboration with anchors, identify risks, and support sustainable program scaling.
Work closely with internal teams including Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Product to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Qualification And Skills
3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Loans, or SME Lending.
Strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio handling.
Proven negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven professional with strong business acumen and ownership mindset.
Prior exposure to Supply Chain Financing is mandatory.
