📋 OPEN POSITIONS
1) Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Owns college partnership pipeline
- Attends senior college meetings
- Closes MOAs with institutions
- 1-3 years experience preferred
2) Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Daily college visits across Lucknow
- Meets placement officers
- Delivers our workshop offer
- Freshers with attitude welcome
3) Tele-caller cum Coordinator
- Daily follow-up calls
- Ticket and registration tracking
- WhatsApp communication
- Clear voice, good Hindi/English

• 30-day probation period
• After confirmation: ₹21,000 fixed monthly
• + 1% personal commission on revenue
• + Share in 5% team commission pool
