We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive property sales in Gurgaon. The role involves managing the sales team, generating leads, closing deals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ideal Attributes
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with exposure to both residential and commercial segments.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
