Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager Sales / Area Sales Manager, based in Kolkata with flexibility for some remote work. The professional will lead sales operations, identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing strategies for market penetration, building strong client relationships, overseeing field sales, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- 3-7 years of experience in Sales Management
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and market penetration plans
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for cultivating client relationships and conducting sales
- Team leadership, coordination, and motivation skills
- Data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and forecasting abilities
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and problem-solving
- Experience with digital tools or software relevant to sales and CRM is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
